She has led procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives across multiple industries and brings additional expertise in digital transformation and SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions.
At IProLoop, Alice sets the strategic direction of the integrated service portfolio Procure+, Secure+, and the IProLoop Academy—while Secure+ operations are led by Selami Nurdogan.

Selami Nurdogan is a senior Network & Security Engineer and Managing Consultant at IProLoop, specializing in secure, scalable enterprise network and cloud environments. As a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE R&S), he combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach across complex infrastructures.
He has extensive experience designing and operating network architectures (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN), implementing security controls, and enabling secure access for hybrid and cloud-based environments. Selami has worked with leading security and networking technologies including Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, and Zscaler, and supports organizations in strengthening policy enforcement, segmentation, and operational stability. He is also experienced with SIEM and monitoring environments and acts as a reliable escalation point in critical scenarios.
At IProLoop, Selami leads Secure+ initiatives, helping clients reduce cyber risk, improve resilience, and build future-proof security architectures.

John Asquith brings decades of international experience across strategic procurement, contract management, and complex IT/IP environments. He has led teams and departments, negotiated contracts and pricing globally, and developed English and German contract documentation with strong quality and risk awareness.
Before joining IProLoop, John held senior roles at Therme Group (IP Portfolio & Contract Management) and Brandstock (Head of Benchmarking / Deputy Head of Procurement), and spent many years at Siemens in global business development, proposal management, and international bid and program management.
At IProLoop, John serves as Head of the IProLoop Academy and Regional Director EU / Strategic Procurement Consultant. He drives the development of practical training programs and supports clients with structured, scalable solutions across procurement, contracting, IT, and IP-related topics.
Wen-Yu Chou

Wen-Yu Chou is a procurement and supply chain professional with strong international experience in product sourcing, supplier management, and EU import/export operations. She has led end-to-end sourcing and product management across Asian and European supplier networks, combining commercial negotiation with hands-on operational execution across customs, logistics, and warehousing.
She previously served as Team Lead Sourcing & Product Management (Non-Food) at KoRo Handels GmbH, managing 200+ SKUs, 150+ suppliers, and a team of six while building scalable sourcing and import/export processes. Earlier roles include procurement leadership at Celonis and strategic procurement at Brandstock Services AG, with a focus on services procurement, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.
At IProLoop, Wen-Yu supports sourcing and supply chain initiatives with a focus on supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence across international supply bases.

How long does the validation process take?
Our expert validation typically takes 5–10 business days from the time we receive your complete application.
Can I apply if I don’t have experience with SAP or cloud tools?
Yes — especially if you have strong procurement and/or risk or claim management experience. However, familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
Can I join if I’m not based in Europe?
Yes, our opportunities are global. Projects are available depending on skills, qualification & language and time zone.
