Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join us as Business Partners in Sales & Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of IProLoop. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management, ideally within the fields of procurement, SAP, or cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research:
Identify new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Conduct research to analyze client needs and industry trends to ensure IProLoop’s offerings remain competitive.Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. Engage with key decision-makers to promote IProLoop’s procurement, SAP, and cybersecurity solutions.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service and proactive support.Proposals & Negotiations:
Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with client needs and IProLoop’s business objectives.Partnership Development:
Foster partnerships with other businesses, vendors, and stakeholders to expand IProLoop’s network and market reach. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and deliver regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall business development efforts.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business development and solution delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in procurement, SAP, or network and cloud security.
Strong track record in B2B sales with the ability to build relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
