Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 5 years, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment<\/p>

Where you can contribute
<\/strong>Procure+ (Procurement & Supply Chain)<\/strong><\/p>

  • Strategic and operational procurement, category management, sourcing, supplier management<\/li>
  • Contracting, negotiation support, cost optimization, process improvement<\/li>
  • SCM operations (incl. order, delivery, and receivables\/claims management), escalation & performance tracking<\/li><\/ul>


    Secure+ (Network & Cloud Security)<\/strong><\/p>

    • Network security, cloud security, security architecture, hardening & assessments<\/li>
    • Incident support, risk & compliance, security operations coordination<\/li>
    • Security training, awareness programs, and best-practice implementation<\/li><\/ul>


      IProLoop Academy (Tutor \/ Coach \/ Trainer)<\/strong><\/p>

      • Delivery of trainings (online or on-site), workshops, bootcamps, exam preparation<\/li>
      • Curriculum support, course content creation, coaching & mentoring<\/li>
      • Continuous improvement of learning formats and participant outcomes<\/li><\/ul>


        What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>

        • Deliver projects, advisory, or training assignments based on your expertise
          Work with stakeholders at different management levels and communicate clearly<\/li>
        • Produce high-quality deliverables and document outcomes professionally
          Collaborate with our resourcing and operations team for smooth onboarding and execution<\/li>
        • Support knowledge transfer and sustainable improvement for clients and learners<\/li><\/ul>


          What we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>

          • Proven experience in one or more of our core areas (Procure+, Secure+, Academy)<\/li>
          • Reliable execution, strong communication, and a structured working style
            Ability to work independently and collaborate in distributed, international teams<\/li>
          • Fluent English, Dutch, German and\/or other languages are a plus
            For trainers\/coaches: confidence in facilitation and learner-focused delivery<\/li><\/ul>


            Nice to have<\/strong><\/p>

            • Consulting, project-based delivery, or interim management experience<\/li>
            • Experience with multinational clients and hybrid\/remote delivery models<\/li>
            • Certifications (e.g., Procurement\/SCM, Cybersecurity, Training\/Coaching) are welcome<\/li><\/ul>
