General About IProLoop

IProLoop supports companies with strategic and operational procurement, network and cloud security, practical capability building and targeted expert support. Through Procure+, Secure+, IProLoop Academy and Expert Resourcing, we combine analysis with coordination and hands-on implementation to improve transparency, reduce risk, strengthen supplier and operational performance and build internal capability.

IProLoop is present in Germany, the Netherlands and the USA and supports clients internationally. We work across industries with companies of different sizes, particularly where procurement, supply chain, security, ERP-related processes, capacity gaps or cross-functional execution are business-critical. Delivery can be remote, on-site or hybrid.

IProLoop does not stop at recommendations. We combine strategic analysis with operational execution and can act as a HUB between clients, suppliers, internal teams and other stakeholders. This integrated and investigative approach helps translate findings into concrete actions, clearer responsibilities and measurable day-to-day improvement.

Learning Pathway and Programmes

The Academy follows a CIPS-oriented learning pathway from Level 2 to Level 6. The pathway develops learners progressively from procurement foundations and operational capability through commercial, managerial and strategic procurement and supply leadership. Additional support may include ERP onboarding, key-user training and company-specific process training.

The appropriate level depends on your experience, current role, prior qualifications and career goals. Beginners typically start at Level 2, professionals with operational experience may consider Level 3 or Level 4, and more senior professionals generally progress towards Level 5 or Level 6. Depending on programme format and availability, individual modules may also be available instead of completing a full level.

Delivery Formats and Corporate Learning

IProLoop Academy training is delivered in English. Programmes may be offered online, in classroom format or through company-specific learning formats. The available delivery model depends on the selected level, cohort planning, location and client requirements. For CIPS qualification programmes, the learning pathway, exam preparation and examinations are also in English.

Yes. Company-specific cohorts can be arranged where participant numbers, qualification levels and delivery requirements allow. Learning paths can be aligned to different roles and experience levels, helping companies develop junior employees, operational buyers, category specialists and managers within one structured capability framework. The Academy can also support ERP-adjacent onboarding, key-user training and company-specific process enablement.

Quality and Practical Learning

Training is delivered by experienced professionals and subject matter experts with procurement, supply chain and operational business experience. Learning quality is supported through structured programme design, clear outcomes, practical exercises, trainer feedback and continuous improvement. Depending on the programme, learners may also receive slides, templates, exercises, reading materials, process examples, checklists and practical toolkits.

CIPS, Pricing and Enrolment

IProLoop Academy’s learning pathway is CIPS-oriented and structured around Levels 2 to 6. Participation in training does not by itself guarantee an external CIPS qualification. Learners must meet the relevant requirements and pass the required assessments under applicable CIPS rules and procedures. Membership and assessment-related fees are shown separately from tuition to provide clear cost transparency.

Pricing depends on the selected level, delivery format, number of participants, module choice, cohort type and any company-specific customisation. Launch pricing or early-bird savings may be available for selected cohorts. Individuals and companies can contact IProLoop Academy through the website, by email or by requesting an application form. The Academy team can help identify the most suitable level and delivery format before enrolment.
