Frequently asked questions
01. What exactly does IProLoop do?
IProLoop delivers integrated, investigative, and execution-led services across Procurement & ERP, Network & Cloud Security, capability building through training, and selected expert-based delivery support through Expert Resourcing.
Through Procure+, Secure+, IProLoop Academy, and Expert Resourcing, we help businesses improve control, reduce risk, strengthen operational performance, and build internal capability. Depending on the engagement, we can act as an advisor, an execution partner, a source of specialist delivery capacity, or a hands-on HUB between clients, suppliers, systems, and stakeholders.
02. What makes IProLoop different from a traditional consulting firm?
Traditional consulting firms often focus mainly on recommendations.
IProLoop goes further by combining analysis, coordination, execution, and access to practical specialist capacity where needed.
We do not only identify issues or improvement opportunities. We also support implementation, represent clients in selected activities, coordinate across stakeholders, and help manage operational follow-through. A key differentiator is our ability to act as a strategic and operational HUB between clients and suppliers, helping align expectations, improve transparency, and support reliable execution.
Where required, we can also support delivery through Expert Resourcing by helping clients access relevant specialists for defined needs or execution gaps.
Our model is designed for clients who need practical progress, not only presentations.
03. Why does IProLoop describe its services as integrated?
Because business challenges rarely exist in isolation.
Procurement, ERP data, supply chain execution, access control, cloud environments, internal capabilities, and delivery capacity are often closely connected. A weakness in one area can create disruption in another. IProLoop brings these areas together in one connected service model, helping clients avoid silo-based decisions and gain a more complete view of performance, risk, and execution.
Integration at IProLoop also means connecting the client side and supplier side more effectively through one coordinated approach.
04. Why does IProLoop use the term investigative services?
Because we do not stop at surface-level symptoms.
We look deeper into how issues emerge across processes, suppliers, systems, data flows, controls, responsibilities, and operational structures. This helps uncover hidden dependencies, root causes, weak governance points, resourcing gaps, and operational risks that might otherwise remain unnoticed.
Our investigative approach creates clarity before action and supports better decisions across the full business cycle.
05. Does IProLoop only advise, or can you also act on behalf of the client?
IProLoop can do both.
Depending on the engagement, we can provide advisory support, execution support, or act directly on behalf of the client in selected activities. In Procure+, this may include purchasing support, benchmark analysis, supply chain assessment, supplier coordination, negotiations, and acting as a HUB between the client and its suppliers.
Where needed, we can also support the client with access to suitable delivery capacity through Expert Resourcing for selected projects or specialist requirements.
This gives clients the flexibility to use IProLoop not only as a strategic advisor, but also as an operational support partner.
06. What does Procure+ include?
Procure+ is IProLoop’s procurement and supply chain-focused service pillar.
It can include:
- purchasing support on behalf of the client
- supplier and market benchmarking
- negotiation support and supplier engagement
- end-to-end supply chain analysis from origin to customer delivery
- procurement process review
- ERP-related procurement support
- stakeholder and supplier coordination
- acting as a strategic and operational HUB between the client and suppliers
Where appropriate, Procure+ can also be supported by Expert Resourcing if additional procurement or supply chain expertise is required.
Procure+ is designed for companies that need both commercial visibility and execution strength.
07. Does IProLoop act as a HUB between clients and suppliers?
Yes.
A key part of our Procure+ model is that IProLoop can act as a strategic and operational HUB between clients and their suppliers. This means we help align commercial expectations, communication flows, milestones, responsibilities, negotiation paths, and delivery requirements.
By acting as a central coordination point, we help reduce friction, increase transparency, improve supplier interaction, and strengthen execution reliability across the supply chain.
08. Can IProLoop negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the client?
Yes, where agreed within the scope of the engagement.
IProLoop can support or lead supplier discussions on behalf of the client, including commercial alignment, benchmark-based discussions, clarification of requirements, and negotiation preparation or execution. Our role is always aligned with the client’s objectives, governance requirements, and preferred level of involvement.
Where relevant, this is combined with our HUB role to support smoother coordination between the client and supplier side.
09. Does Procure+ only focus on cost reduction?
No.
Cost is important but Procure+ is broader than that. We also look at supply continuity, supplier dependencies, lead times, coordination quality, commercial positioning, process reliability, and end-to-end visibility.
Our goal is not only to reduce costs, but to strengthen the overall effectiveness, transparency, and control of the procurement and supply chain environment.
10. Why does Procure+ offer fixed and flexible pricing models?
Because procurement support should match the client’s actual business needs, not create unnecessary cost or complexity.
With Procure+, IProLoop offers both fixed and flexible pricing models, allowing clients to choose the level of support that best fits their scope, urgency, and operating environment.
This approach gives clients:
- cost clarity where scope is well defined
- flexibility where requirements may evolve during execution
- fast access to experienced international procurement professionals
- practical execution capacity without building high internal overhead
In many situations, clients do not need to hire full-time senior procurement resources or carry long ramp-up periods. IProLoop can step into projects quickly with experienced buyers and procurement professionals who are used to working internationally across suppliers, stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
Where additional or highly specific support is required, this can also be complemented through Expert Resourcing, giving clients access to suitable specialist profiles without having to build permanent internal capacity first.
This helps clients move faster, stay flexible, and avoid unnecessary fixed personnel costs while still gaining experienced procurement support when and where it is needed.
11. What does Secure+ include?
Secure+ is IProLoop’s service pillar for Network & Cloud Security and related operational resilience topics.
It can include:
- security assessments
- access and control reviews
- MFA and identity-related checks
- backup and recovery readiness reviews
- network and cloud security visibility
- identification of internal weaknesses and external threat exposure
- practical hardening recommendations
Secure+ focuses on improving resilience, reducing exposure, and helping clients better protect business-critical systems, data flows, and environments.
12. How is Secure+ connected to ERP and business operations?
Business-critical data flows through systems every day, including material master data, BOMs, supplier records, pricing, specifications, and transactions.
If data is entered incorrectly, managed inconsistently, poorly governed, or insufficiently protected, it can affect procurement, operations, planning, finance, and delivery. Secure+ recognizes that security is not only a technical issue, but also a business continuity and data integrity issue.
That is why IProLoop looks at security in the context of how the business actually operates.
13. Does IProLoop address both internal and external risks?
Yes.
IProLoop helps clients strengthen protection against both internal weaknesses and external threats. Internal risks may include poor access governance, inconsistent data handling, uncontrolled permissions, weak operational controls, or inaccurate data input. External risks may include cyber threats, unauthorized access attempts, insecure interfaces, or vulnerable environments.
We help clients improve visibility and reduce exposure across both dimensions.
14. How is Secure+ pricing determined?
Secure+ pricing is determined based on the client’s specific requirements, infrastructure, and service model.
Unlike more standardized support structures, security services depend heavily on the complexity and architecture of the environment. For that reason, IProLoop does not apply a one-size-fits-all pricing model for Secure+. Instead, we prepare a tailored proposal based on the actual requirement profile of the client.
Pricing may depend on factors such as:
- whether the environment is centralized or decentralized
- whether the setup is on-premise, cloud, or hybrid
- the number and type of systems, applications, and security layers involved
- whether the environment is single-vendor or multi-vendor
- the required scope, such as assessment, hardening, support, monitoring, or operational assistance
- the service model, for example remote, hybrid, project-based, flexible hours, or extended support coverage
- the number of users, requests, changes, tickets, devices, or protected environments involved
- the overall complexity of the client’s business and security landscape
This tailored approach ensures that each client receives a proposal aligned with their actual operational and security needs.
15. What is IProLoop Academy?
IProLoop Academy is our capability-building and training pillar.
It is designed to help organizations strengthen internal knowledge, improve execution quality, and build sustainable competence in areas related to procurement, ERP, security, and operational practices. The Academy supports long-term improvement by helping teams understand not only what needs to change, but also how to perform more effectively in practice.
16. Why does IProLoop combine services with training?
Because sustainable improvement depends on people, not only on external support.
Training and enablement help clients reduce dependency, strengthen internal ownership, and make improvements more durable. By combining services with capability building, IProLoop helps clients create more lasting impact.
17. What is Expert Resourcing?
Expert Resourcing is IProLoop’s model for helping clients access relevant specialist capacity where specific expertise, additional execution support, or interim delivery strength is needed.
This can include procurement, supply chain, ERP-related, or security-related profiles, depending on the requirement. Expert Resourcing is designed for situations where a client needs proven capability quickly, without immediately building permanent internal headcount or running a lengthy recruitment process.
It allows clients to complement their internal teams with suitable expertise in a practical and flexible way.
18. When would a client use Expert Resourcing?
Clients may use Expert Resourcing when:
- additional capacity is needed for a defined project or time period
- a specific specialist skill set is missing internally
- execution needs to start quickly
- temporary support is required during transition, growth, transformation, or operational pressure
- there is a need for experienced international professionals without long hiring lead times
Expert Resourcing can be used as a standalone support model or alongside Procure+, Secure+, or other IProLoop-led engagements.
19. Is Expert Resourcing the same as recruitment?
No.
Expert Resourcing is not traditional recruitment. It is a practical client support model focused on helping clients access suitable specialist delivery capacity for defined business needs.
Depending on the engagement, IProLoop may help identify, coordinate, and align expert support in a way that fits the client’s operational requirements, project context, and governance model. The focus is on enabling delivery, not simply filling vacancies.
20. Who are IProLoop’s services designed for?
IProLoop supports businesses that need stronger control, better visibility, more reliable execution, practical support, and where relevant, access to specialist capacity across procurement, supply chain, ERP-related operations, security, and internal capability development.
Our services are especially relevant for organizations facing complexity across suppliers, systems, processes, resourcing gaps, and operational coordination.
21. Can IProLoop support both strategy and execution?
Yes.
That is one of our core differentiators. We can help define priorities, identify risks and gaps, and structure the right approach, but we can also support execution, coordination, operational follow-through, and where relevant, provide access to suitable expert capacity through Expert Resourcing.
This combination helps bridge the gap between planning and delivery.
22. What type of value does IProLoop typically create for clients?
Depending on the engagement, IProLoop helps clients achieve:
- improved transparency
- stronger supplier coordination
- better operational control
- reduced risk exposure
- clearer accountability
- stronger data and process awareness
- better commercial positioning
- more reliable execution
- enhanced internal capability
- flexible access to relevant expertise where needed
Our focus is always on practical, measurable business value.
23. Is IProLoop only relevant for one department?
No.
Although clients may initially approach us through procurement, operations, ERP-related challenges, security concerns, or a need for specialist capacity, the underlying issues are often interconnected. That is why our approach is cross-functional by design.
We help clients look beyond one department and understand the wider business cycle.
24. How does IProLoop typically work with clients?
We work in a practical and flexible way depending on client needs.
Some clients need analysis and clarity. Others need active coordination, supplier-facing support, security review, training, expert support, or a combination of these. Our role can range from advisory to hands-on execution support, always aligned with the client’s objectives, governance model, and priorities.
Where required, we also step in as a central coordination HUB between the client and suppliers to help keep execution aligned and manageable.
25. What does “execution-led” mean at IProLoop?
It means we focus on turning insight into action.
We do not believe value comes from analysis alone. Value comes from what is clarified, coordinated, improved, protected, negotiated, implemented, enabled, resourced, and sustained. Execution-led means our work is designed to help clients move forward in a structured and practical way.
26. Why should a client choose IProLoop?
Because IProLoop combines business understanding, operational thinking, investigative depth, practical execution support, and where needed, access to specialist delivery capacity in one connected model.
We help clients not only understand what is happening, but also what needs to be done and, where needed, we help carry it forward. A major part of this value is our ability to act as a strategic and operational HUB between clients and suppliers, helping transform fragmented interaction into coordinated execution.
