General About IProLoop

IProLoop stands for integrative and investigative procurement loop and describes our approach: integrated, investigative and implementation oriented. We support companies in strategic and operational procurement, network and cloud security, practice-oriented further training and targeted expert support. Our focus is not only on analysis, but also on practical coordination, execution and measurable operational improvement.

IProLoop is present in Germany, the Netherlands and the USA and works with an international mindset. Depending on the assignment, collaboration with experts may take place locally, remotely, on-site or in a hybrid format.

Experts may be relevant for Procure+, Secure+, IProLoop Academy and Expert Resourcing. This can include procurement, supply chain, ERP-related processes, SAP environments, network and cloud security, cyber-related risk and resilience, training, capability building and project delivery.

IProLoop experts can support clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, textiles, food and beverage, agriculture, banking, finance, insurance, construction, real estate, technology, logistics, healthcare, public sector, education, hospitality and professional services.

Expert opportunities may relate to Procure+, Secure+, IProLoop Academy, Expert Resourcing or Partner Licensing, depending on the expert’s background, experience and availability.

IProLoop works with selected experts to complement specialist capability, support client delivery, expand project capacity and strengthen practical knowledge transfer. The aim is to connect the right expertise with real business needs in a structured, professional and quality-oriented way.

Depending on their profile and the business need, experts may contribute as consultants, interim specialists, trainers, project professionals, operational delivery resources, advisors, specialist partners or regional collaboration partners. The exact role depends on expertise, availability, delivery model, client requirements and contractual fit.

Yes. Many experts may be relevant for more than one IProLoop service area.

For example, a procurement expert may support Procure+ and Academy training. A cyber security expert may support Secure+ and supply chain security topics. A consultant with ERPSAP-MS Dynamics experience may support procurement transformation, process improvement, training or expert resourcing projects.

IProLoop Expert Pool

The IProLoop Expert Pool is a curated network of professionals who may be considered for relevant project, advisory, execution, training or partner-related opportunities within the IProLoop ecosystem. It creates a structured basis for future collaboration where expert capability matches business needs.

The Expert Pool is intended for qualified professionals, specialists, trainers, consultants, interim experts and execution-oriented practitioners with relevant experience in one or more of IProLoop’s service areas. This may include experts from procurement, supply chain, ERP, SAP/MS Dynamics, network security, cloud security, cyber resilience, training, operational coordination and project delivery.

IProLoop looks for experts who combine professional competence with reliability, delivery focus, structured thinking and clear communication. We value people who can work professionally with clients, understand operational realities and contribute to concrete outcomes rather than purely theoretical advice.

No. Joining the Expert Pool is not the same as applying for a traditional permanent job. It means that an expert profile may be considered for potential collaboration, project-based work, training delivery, expert assignments or partner-related opportunities depending on business need and fit.

No. Inclusion in the Expert Pool does not guarantee immediate placement, project allocation or engagement. Selection depends on client demand, project scope, required expertise, availability, location, language capability, delivery model, rate fit and overall suitability.

Joining the Expert Pool can create visibility for suitable projects and client-related opportunities, access to collaboration within a growing international business environment and potential involvement in procurement, supply chain, ERP, security or training-related engagements. It also allows experts to become part of an execution-led ecosystem that values practical contribution and professional quality.

Joining and Profile Submission

IProLoop may request information such as professional background, core areas of expertise, industry experience, certifications, qualifications, languages, location, mobility, preferred collaboration model, availability, CV or profile summary and rate expectations where relevant. The exact information requested may vary depending on the expert profile and intended collaboration model.

Depending on the collaboration stage and profile type, IProLoop may request additional documents such as a signed NDA, proof of identity or eligibility, a confirmed biography, proof of qualifications or a professional profile photo. These requests are made only where relevant for confidentiality, onboarding, verification, client presentation, website or team presentation, contractual purposes or compliance requirements. For accepted public-facing profiles, IProLoop may request a professional photo aligned with its brand presentation guidelines.

Expert profiles are reviewed in relation to relevance, quality, professional fit and potential alignment with IProLoop’s business areas and delivery model. This may include a review of experience, qualifications, practical delivery capability, communication level, availability and suitability for future assignments, client delivery, Academy involvement or partner-related opportunities.

After submission, the information is reviewed internally. Where relevant, IProLoop may contact the expert for follow-up discussions, clarification, onboarding-related steps, validation or possible matching with suitable opportunities. Not every submission leads to immediate contact, but profiles may be retained and revisited where relevant and permitted.

Yes. Experts should keep their profile, CV, availability, language capability, certifications, rate expectations and contact details up to date. Accurate information helps IProLoop assess fit more effectively and avoids unnecessary delays when potential opportunities arise.

Yes. Experts may request that their profile information be updated or removed in line with applicable legal, contractual and privacy requirements. If a collaboration or legal obligation is active, certain information may need to be retained for the required period.

How IProLoop Works With Experts

IProLoop does not simply match CVs to keywords. We consider the project requirement, client context, required capability, delivery model, seniority, language needs, location, availability, rate expectations and professional fit. The aim is to introduce experts only where there is a credible and relevant match.

Potential assignments may include project support, interim procurement or supply chain roles, ERP-related process support, SAP-related operational support, supplier coordination, security reviews, cloud or network security support, training delivery, workshops, advisory work or specialist partner collaboration. The scope depends on client requirements and IProLoop’s agreed role.

Yes. Secure+ is not limited to traditional IT security. It also supports areas where digital infrastructure, suppliers, service providers, ERP systems, cloud environments and business-critical operations are connected.

This can include supplier access security, third-party risk visibility, secure connectivity, firewall environments, cloud security, identity and access topics, zero-trust readiness and operational security improvement.

Yes, depending on the engagement model and applicable legal, contractual and operational requirements. IProLoop may collaborate with experts under freelance, contract-based, project-based, trainer-based, partner-based or other professional cooperation models, depending on business needs and jurisdictional considerations.

Assignments may be remote, hybrid or on-site depending on the client setup, project scope, security requirements, country, language, delivery model and operational need. Some assignments can be delivered fully remotely, while others may require presence at a client site or training location.

No. IProLoop is designed with an international mindset. Depending on the role, project, client setup and delivery model, opportunities may be local, cross-border or international. At the same time, some assignments may require specific language capability, market familiarity, time zone coverage or country-specific knowledge.

Yes. Experts are not automatically obligated to accept a proposed opportunity. Availability, scope, timing, location, rate expectations, confidentiality requirements and contractual terms must be clarified before a collaboration is confirmed.

This depends on the scope, client urgency, expert availability, onboarding requirements and contractual setup. Because IProLoop works with a structured expert pool, suitable profiles can often be reviewed faster than in a traditional recruitment process, but each assignment still requires appropriate alignment and validation.

Collaboration Models, Commercial Terms and Status

No. Inclusion in the Expert Pool does not automatically create an employment relationship with IProLoop or with a client. Any employment, freelance, contractor, trainer, partner or project-based relationship must be agreed separately in writing.

Rates and commercial terms depend on the assignment type, seniority, scope, location, duration, delivery model, client requirements and contractual structure. Where relevant, IProLoop may discuss expected rates or commercial parameters with the expert during the review or matching process.

This depends on the agreed collaboration model and applicable law. Independent experts, freelancers or partners are generally responsible for their own tax, insurance, social security and professional obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing. IProLoop will clarify contractual expectations before a collaboration starts.

In many cases, yes, provided there is no conflict of interest, confidentiality issue, exclusivity restriction or legal limitation. Experts are expected to disclose relevant conflicts and comply with confidentiality and contractual obligations at all times.

Quality, Onboarding and Professional Standards

Potentially, yes. Depending on the nature of the collaboration, IProLoop may apply onboarding, validation, reference-related, contractual, compliance or capability checks before confirming a collaboration or project-related involvement. The level of review may vary depending on the sensitivity, client exposure and scope of the role.

IProLoop reviews expert profiles against the practical needs of the assignment and the expected delivery environment. This may include assessing hands-on experience, competency fit, communication quality, reliability, professional conduct and the ability to operate in live business settings. The aim is to present experts whom IProLoop can represent responsibly in front of clients.

IProLoop expects professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, delivery focus, transparent and respectful collaboration. Experts working with or through IProLoop should represent themselves professionally, work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, respect deadlines and contribute to quality-driven execution aligned with client and business expectations.

Yes. When an expert works with or through IProLoop, the expert is expected to act professionally and in a way that supports IProLoop’s quality, trust and client relationship standards. This includes clear communication, confidentiality, respectful behaviour, reliable delivery and appropriate documentation where required.

Some assignments may require client-specific onboarding, security rules, system access procedures, compliance checks, training, documentation standards or reporting routines. Experts are expected to follow the applicable instructions and raise questions early if anything is unclear.

Where relevant, IProLoop may support coordination between the expert, client and internal stakeholders. This can include alignment of scope, communication expectations, deliverables, milestones, feedback and follow-up. The exact coordination model depends on the assignment and contractual setup.

Confidentiality, Data Protection and Compliance

Yes. Information shared with IProLoop is handled with appropriate professional care and in line with applicable legal and privacy requirements. Data is reviewed only for relevant business, collaboration, evaluation, onboarding or contractual purposes within the intended scope.

An NDA may be required before sensitive information is shared or before an expert is involved in certain onboarding, client discussion, project review or delivery activities. The requirement depends on the nature of the opportunity, client sensitivity and information exchanged.

Experts must treat client information, project details, commercial information, technical information, system access information and internal business matters confidentially. Confidentiality obligations may arise from NDAs, client agreements, IProLoop policies or applicable law.

Experts should inform IProLoop as early as possible about any actual or potential conflict of interest. This includes relationships with competitors, suppliers, clients, employers or other parties that could affect independence, confidentiality, objectivity or professional judgement.

IProLoop Academy and Partner Opportunities

Yes. Experts with suitable subject-matter depth, practical experience and training capability may be considered for IProLoop Academy-related activities. This can include course delivery, workshops, professional development sessions, capability-building programmes or support for learner-facing activities.

Yes. Academy-related experts may be expected to demonstrate appropriate subject knowledge, delivery quality, learner awareness, professional communication, preparation standards and alignment with the relevant programme requirements. Depending on the programme, additional quality, safeguarding, assessment support or documentation expectations may apply.

Yes. In addition to individual experts, IProLoop may work with selected specialist partners, delivery partners, training providers or boutique firms where this supports quality, scalability, geographic reach or capability expansion. This may also connect with the Partner Licensing Program where relevant.

The Expert Pool is primarily designed for professionals or specialists who want to be considered for expert-based collaboration, assignments, delivery support or Academy involvement. The Partner Licensing Program is a broader model intended for selected business partners, firms or market-facing collaborators who may work with IProLoop in a more structured commercial, regional or programme-based capacity.

Getting Started

Experts can start by completing the relevant expert or Expert Pool form on the IProLoop website or by contacting IProLoop directly. After submission, IProLoop reviews the profile and may request further information where relevant.

Experts should prepare an up-to-date CV or profile summary, clear information about core expertise, relevant certifications, languages, availability, preferred collaboration model, location or mobility and any important rate or project preferences. Where relevant, additional onboarding documents may be requested later.

If there is no immediate suitable opportunity, the profile may still remain relevant for future assignments, client needs, Academy activities or partner-related opportunities where permitted. Experts are encouraged to keep their profile updated so that IProLoop can reassess fit when new requirements arise.

IProLoop is building a professional, international and execution-led ecosystem that values expertise, practical contribution and quality of delivery. For experts, this creates an opportunity to become part of a platform that connects specialist capability with real client needs, business execution and capability-building initiatives.

Experts can contact IProLoop through the relevant website form or by using the contact details provided on the IProLoop website or via email to expertpool@iproloop.com. For the best review, experts should clearly indicate their expertise area, preferred collaboration model and availability.
