Frequently asked questions

The IProLoop Expert Pool is a curated network of professionals who may be considered for relevant project, advisory, execution, training, or partner-related opportunities within the IProLoop ecosystem.

It is designed for experts who want to be part of a professional platform that connects capability, business needs, and practical execution across Procurement & ERP, Network & Cloud Security, and capability-building through IProLoop Academy.

The Expert Pool is intended for qualified professionals, specialists, trainers, consultants, interim experts, and execution-oriented practitioners with relevant experience in one or more of IProLoop’s service areas.

This may include professionals with backgrounds in:

  • procurement
  • supply chain
  • ERP-related operations
  • SAP and process environments
  • network and cloud security
  • cyber-related risk and resilience
  • training and capability building
  • project delivery and operational coordination

No.

Joining the Expert Pool is not the same as applying for a traditional permanent job. It is an opportunity to become visible within the IProLoop ecosystem for potential collaboration, project-based work, expert assignments, training delivery, or partner-related opportunities, depending on business needs and fit.

No.

Inclusion in the Expert Pool does not guarantee immediate placement, project allocation, or engagement. Selection depends on factors such as client demand, project scope, required expertise, availability, location, delivery model, and overall fit.

The purpose of the Expert Pool is to create a structured and professional basis for future collaboration where relevant opportunities arise.

Depending on fit and opportunity, joining the Expert Pool may offer:

  • visibility for relevant projects and client-related opportunities
  • access to collaboration within a growing international business environment
  • potential involvement in procurement, supply chain, ERP, security, or training-related engagements
  • connection to practical, execution-led work instead of purely theoretical consulting
  • the possibility to contribute as a specialist, trainer, advisor, or delivery partner

IProLoop looks for professionals who combine expertise with reliability, execution focus, and professional conduct.

We value experts who can contribute not only through knowledge, but also through structured thinking, stakeholder awareness, communication quality, and the ability to support real business outcomes.

Depending on the role, we may look for strategic specialists, hands-on practitioners, interim support profiles, trainers, or experts able to operate in international and cross-functional environments.

This may include information such as:

  • professional background
  • core areas of expertise
  • industry experience
  • certifications and qualifications
  • languages
  • location and mobility
  • preferred collaboration model
  • availability
  • CV or profile summary
  • rate expectations where relevant

The exact information requested may vary depending on the type of expert profile and intended collaboration model.

Expert profiles are reviewed in relation to relevance, quality, professional fit, and potential alignment with IProLoop’s business areas and delivery model.

This may include a review of experience, qualifications, execution capability, communication level, and potential suitability for future assignments, client delivery, Academy involvement, or partnership-related opportunities.

After submission, the information may be reviewed internally. Where relevant, IProLoop may contact the expert for follow-up discussions, clarification, onboarding-related steps, validation, or potential matching with suitable opportunities.

Not every submission will lead to immediate contact, but profiles may be retained and revisited where relevant and permitted.

We expect professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, delivery focus, and respectful collaboration.

Experts working with or through IProLoop should be able to represent themselves professionally, work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and contribute to quality-driven execution aligned with client and business expectations.

Yes.

In addition to individual experts, IProLoop may also work with selected specialist partners, delivery partners, training providers, or boutique firms where this supports quality, scalability, geographic reach, or capability expansion.

This may also connect with the Partner Licensing Program where relevant.

The Expert Pool is primarily designed for professionals or specialists who want to be considered for expert-based collaboration, assignments, delivery support, or Academy involvement.

The Partner Licensing Program is a broader model intended for selected business partners, firms, or market-facing collaborators who may work with IProLoop in a more structured commercial, regional, or program-based capacity.

Potentially, yes.

Depending on the nature of the collaboration, IProLoop may apply onboarding, validation, reference-related, contractual, compliance, or capability checks before confirming a collaboration or project-related involvement.

The level of review may vary depending on the sensitivity, client exposure, and scope of the role.
