No.
Inclusion in the Expert Pool does not guarantee immediate placement, project allocation, or engagement. Selection depends on factors such as client demand, project scope, required expertise, availability, location, delivery model, and overall fit.
The purpose of the Expert Pool is to create a structured and professional basis for future collaboration where relevant opportunities arise.

09. What happens after I submit my details?
After submission, the information may be reviewed internally. Where relevant, IProLoop may contact the expert for follow-up discussions, clarification, onboarding-related steps, validation, or potential matching with suitable opportunities.
Not every submission will lead to immediate contact, but profiles may be retained and revisited where relevant and permitted.
10. Can experts work with IProLoop on a freelance or independent basis?
Yes, depending on the engagement model and applicable legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
IProLoop may collaborate with experts under different models, for example freelance, contract-based, project-based, trainer-based, partner-based, or other forms of professional cooperation, depending on business needs and jurisdictional considerations.
11. Can experts also support training or Academy-related activities?
Yes.
Experts with suitable experience, subject-matter depth, and training capability may also be considered for IProLoop Academy-related activities, including course delivery, workshops, professional development sessions, or capability-building initiatives.
12. Is the Expert Pool limited to one country?
No.
IProLoop is designed with an international mindset. Depending on the role, project, language, client setup, and delivery model, opportunities may be local, cross-border, or international.
At the same time, some assignments may require specific language capability, market familiarity, time zone coverage, or country-specific knowledge.
13. What is expected from experts who work with IProLoop?

Experts working with or through IProLoop should be able to represent themselves professionally, work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and contribute to quality-driven execution aligned with client and business expectations.
14. Does IProLoop also work with training providers, boutique firms, or specialist partners?
Yes.
In addition to individual experts, IProLoop may also work with selected specialist partners, delivery partners, training providers, or boutique firms where this supports quality, scalability, geographic reach, or capability expansion.
This may also connect with the Partner Licensing Program where relevant.
15. What is the difference between the Expert Pool and the Partner Licensing Program?
The Expert Pool is primarily designed for professionals or specialists who want to be considered for expert-based collaboration, assignments, delivery support, or Academy involvement.
The Partner Licensing Program is a broader model intended for selected business partners, firms, or market-facing collaborators who may work with IProLoop in a more structured commercial, regional, or program-based capacity.
16. Is there a validation or onboarding process?

Do I have to accept every project?
No. You stay in control. We share scope, duration, location, and terms up front—then you decide.
Do I have to work exclusively with IProLoop?
No. There is no exclusivity. We only ask that you avoid conflicts of interest and respect confidentiality.
What happens after I complete a project?
We run a short close-out (feedback, deliverables, next steps) and keep you considered for upcoming roles that match your profile and availability.
Application & eligibility
How long does the validation process take?
Typically a few business days, depending on profile completeness and demand in your skill area. We keep you updated.
Can I apply if I don’t have experience with ERP or cloud tools?
Yes. We place experts across Procure+, Secure+, and IProLoop Academy. Tool and environment requirements vary by client—strong core expertise matters most.
Can I join if I’m not based in Europe?
Yes. Our Expert Pool is international. Opportunities depend on client requirements (remote/hybrid/on-site), time zones, and local legal/tax constraints.
Engagement models & payment
Can I join as a freelancer/contractor or via payroll?
Yes. Both models are possible—depending on role, region, and client setup.
How are rates and terms handled?
We share key terms before any introduction. Rates depend on scope, seniority, region, and engagement model.

Why is there a fee
It ensures a high-quality pool and covers verification + matching readiness—credited back on your first assignment.
Why is the €80 fee charged upfront?
To maintain a high-quality Expert Pool, we run a simple validation process. The €80 one-time validation fee applies only after your profile is approved and your Expert Pool profile is activated. It is credited back with your first assignment/payment.
Are there monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. There are no monthly subscriptions and no fees unless your profile is approved.
Academy-specific
Can I apply as a tutor/coach/trainer for IProLoop Academy?
Yes. If you deliver training, coaching, workshops, or exam preparation in procurement/SCM or security topics, you can apply to the Academy track.
