Location: Germany or Netherlands (remote-first, occasional on-site in DACH/BENELUX)
Contract: Full-time/Part-time payroll

Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you own and grow customer relationships across our service lines. You ensure reliable delivery, clear communication, and measurable outcomes—while identifying opportunities to expand accounts through additional services and long-term engagements.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end account relationship: onboarding, status alignment, renewal, and growth
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders
Coordinate delivery with internal teams and partners across Procure+, Secure+ and Academy
Manage pipelines and opportunities in CRM (forecasting, next steps, close plans)
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and build structured account growth plans
Prepare professional proposals, SOWs, presentations, and commercial follow-ups
Lead regular account reviews (KPIs, risks, actions, governance)
Ensure high-quality documentation, transparency, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
3–5 years experience in Account Management, Client Success, Sales, or Consulting (B2B)
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders in parallel
Strong communication skills and a structured, ownership-driven approach
Comfortable with commercial topics: pricing, terms, renewals, and negotiation support
Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word (professional reporting, proposals, documentation)
Professional English required; German and/or Dutch are a strong plus
Startup/scale-up mindset: hands-on, fast, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience in professional services: consulting, IT services, procurement, cybersecurity, training
Knowledge of DACH/BENELUX B2B markets and cross-border business
Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
Experience coordinating partner networks and resourcing topics
