Role summary

As Marketing Manager at IProLoop, you will build and execute marketing that generates demand and strengthens our brand across regions. You will translate our service portfolio—Procurement, ERP Solutions, and Network & Cloud Security—into clear messaging, high-performing campaigns, and measurable pipeline impact.

What you’ll do

Own and execute the marketing plan across channels (website, email, LinkedIn, partners, events)
Develop positioning, messaging, and content for key audiences (decision makers, hiring managers, experts)
Launch and optimize lead-generation campaigns (organic + paid where relevant)
Manage website content and conversion (landing pages, CTAs, forms, tracking)
Build email journeys and newsletters to nurture leads and activate the expert pool
Coordinate marketing assets and brand consistency (visuals, templates, tone of voice)
Track performance and report on KPIs (traffic, leads, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline influence)
Work closely with Sales & Business Development to align campaigns with target accounts and regions

What we’re looking for
Proven experience in B2B marketing (services/consulting, IT services, or similar business field)
Strong writing and messaging skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Practical experience with demand generation and performance marketing thinking
Structured, hands-on execution style with a strong sense for priorities
Comfort working across time zones and with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have
Experience marketing Procurement, ERP, Cybersecurity, or Expert Resourcing services
Strong LinkedIn growth and content strategy experience
Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM/email automation, analytics, tracking pixels, SEO basics)
Ability to manage agencies/freelancers and production workflows
