Alice Nurdogan is the founder of IProLoop and a strategic procurement leader with extensive international experience in procurement transformation, contract management, and operational excellence. She combines strong negotiation expertise with a structured, KPI-driven approach to deliver measurable cost reduction, supply stability, and performance improvement. She has led procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives across multiple industries and brings additional expertise in digital transformation and SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions. At IProLoop, Alice sets the strategic direction of the integrated service portfolio Procure+, Secure+, and the IProLoop Academy—while Secure+ operations are led by Selami Nurdogan.

Selami Nurdogan

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Director Secure+

Selami Nurdogan is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director Secure+ at IProLoop, responsible for the technical strategy, architecture standards, and delivery quality across the company’s Network & Cloud Security services. With a strong engineering background and a delivery-focused mindset, he helps organizations design, secure, and operate resilient enterprise and cloud environments. As a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE R&S), Selami brings deep expertise in complex network architectures (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN) and modern security controls for hybrid and cloud-based operations. He has worked hands-on with leading technologies including Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, and Zscaler—supporting clients in areas such as segmentation, secure access, policy enforcement, and operational stability. Selami also has experience in SIEM and monitoring environments and is frequently relied upon as a trusted escalation point in critical, high-pressure situations. At IProLoop, he leads Secure+ engagements end-to-end—from assessment and hardening to implementation and operational support—helping clients reduce cyber risk, strengthen resilience, and build future-proof security architectures.

John Asquith

Director IProLoop Academy | Professional Training

John Asquith is Director of the IProLoop Academy, leading the development and delivery of IProLoop’s professional training portfolio. He brings decades of international experience across strategic procurement, contract management, and complex IT and IP environments—combining strong commercial judgement with structured execution and high quality standards. Throughout his career, John has led teams and departments, negotiated contracts and pricing on a global scale, and produced robust English and German contract documentation with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and risk management. Before joining IProLoop, he held senior positions at Therme Group (IP Portfolio & Contract Management) and Brandstock (Head of Benchmarking / Deputy Head of Procurement), and spent many years at Siemens in global business development, proposal management, and international bid, program, and stakeholder management. At IProLoop, John supports clients as Regional Director EU and Strategic Procurement Consultant, delivering practical, scalable solutions across procurement, contracting, and IT/IP-related topics—while ensuring the Academy’s programs remain outcome-driven, industry-relevant, and aligned with real operational needs.

Wen-Yu Chou

Regional Director Asia | Product Management & Sales | Procure+

Wen-Yu Chou is Regional Director Asia for Procure+ at IProLoop, combining strong international expertise in procurement, product sourcing, and supply chain operations with a highly execution-focused approach. She supports clients across Asian and European supplier networks—bridging commercial negotiations with hands-on operational delivery in customs, logistics, and warehousing. Prior to joining IProLoop, Wen-Yu served as Team Lead Sourcing & Product Management (Non-Food) at KoRo Handels GmbH, where she managed end-to-end sourcing and product management for 200+ SKUs and 150+ suppliers, and led a team of six. In this role, she built scalable sourcing and EU import/export processes, ensuring performance, compliance, and reliable supply continuity. Earlier, she held procurement roles at Celonis and Brandstock Services AG, with a focus on services procurement, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management in complex, fast-paced environments. At IProLoop, Wen-Yu drives sourcing and supply chain initiatives with a clear focus on supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence—helping organizations strengthen international supply bases and deliver measurable results.

Jordy Frodyma is an executive commercial leader and growth strategist with a proven track record in scaling international businesses across SaaS, technology, and financial services. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he combines strategic go-to-market expertise with process-driven execution to build scalable commercial systems, optimize operations, and deliver sustainable growth. Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Cloudprinter.com, where he led global teams of 80+ professionals, supported international expansion, and contributed to securing €15M in funding to accelerate growth and product development. At IProLoop, Jordy leads Sales & Business Development, focusing on strengthening commercial execution, accelerating market entry, and building a scalable growth engine through strategic partnerships and structured pipeline development
