Account Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end account relationship: onboarding, status alignment, renewal, and growth
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders
- Coordinate delivery with internal teams and partners across Procure+, Secure+ and Academy
- Manage pipelines and opportunities in CRM (forecasting, next steps, close plans)
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and build structured account growth plans
- Prepare professional proposals, SOWs, presentations, and commercial follow-ups
- Lead regular account reviews (KPIs, risks, actions, governance)
- Ensure high-quality documentation, transparency, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
- 5 years experience in Account Management, Client Success, Sales, or Consulting (B2B)
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders in parallel
- Strong communication skills and a structured, ownership-driven approach
- Comfortable with commercial topics: pricing, terms, renewals, and negotiation support
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word (professional reporting, proposals, documentation)
- Professional English required; German and/or Dutch are a strong plus
- Startup/scale-up mindset: hands-on, fast, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience in professional services: consulting, IT services, procurement, cybersecurity, training
- Knowledge of DACH/BENELUX B2B markets and cross-border business
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Experience coordinating partner networks and resourcing topics
