We are expanding our trainer network and are looking for CIPS-certified instructors or degree holders in procurement & supply chain who can deliver high-quality training across CIPS Level 2 to Level 6 either across multiple levels or in a specific level where you are strongest.

Contract: Payroll or Contractor
Experience: Minimum 5 years, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment

The Opportunity
We are expanding our trainer network and are looking for CIPS-certified instructors or degree holders in procurement & supply chain who can deliver high-quality training across CIPS Level 2 to Level 6 either across multiple levels or in a specific level where you are strongest.

Who we are looking for
You are CIPS certified and can provide proof of certification for:

  • Option A: CIPS Level 2 Level 6 certified, or
  • Option B: CIPS certified in one or more levels (e.g., Level 2 / Level 3 / Level 4 / Level 5 / Level 6) with the ability to deliver that level end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions (live online and/or on-site) aligned with CIPS standards
  • Prepare and adapt training materials (slides, exercises, case scenarios, assignments)
  • Support learners with exam-oriented guidance and practical procurement application
  • Ensure consistent quality: structure, pacing, learning outcomes, and participant feedback
  • Collaborate with IProLoop Academy on learning pathways, scheduling, and program design
  • Optional: support corporate in-house training and tailored procurement workshops


Ideal Profile

  • CIPS certification (Level 2–6 or at least one level) with verifiable credentials
  • Strong procurement background (strategic and/or operational), ideally across industries
  • Training experience (adult learning, facilitation, workshops, virtual classroom delivery)
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically
  • Professional communication style and reliability in delivery
  • Comfortable working internationally and across time zones
