Experts (m/f/d) – Procure+, Secure+ & IProLoop Academy

IProLoop is building an expert network across Procure+ (Procurement & Supply Chain), Secure+ (Network & Cloud Security), and IProLoop Academy (Training & Coaching). Whether you join as a freelancer/contractor or in payroll, you will contribute your expertise to client projects, advisory engagements, and training programs delivering measurable results, knowledge transfer, and reliable execution.

Experts (m/f/d) – Procure+, Secure+ & IProLoop Academy

Company: IProLoop (Germany UG / Netherlands B.V.)
Location: Any Region (remote / hybrid)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Payroll or Contractor
Experience: Minimum 5 years, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment

Where you can contribute
Procure+ (Procurement & Supply Chain)

  • Strategic and operational procurement, category management, sourcing, supplier management
  • Contracting, negotiation support, cost optimization, process improvement
  • SCM operations (incl. order, delivery, and receivables/claims management), escalation & performance tracking


Secure+ (Network & Cloud Security)

  • Network security, cloud security, security architecture, hardening & assessments
  • Incident support, risk & compliance, security operations coordination
  • Security training, awareness programs, and best-practice implementation


IProLoop Academy (Tutor / Coach / Trainer)

  • Delivery of trainings (online or on-site), workshops, bootcamps, exam preparation
  • Curriculum support, course content creation, coaching & mentoring
  • Continuous improvement of learning formats and participant outcomes


What you’ll do

  • Deliver projects, advisory, or training assignments based on your expertise
    Work with stakeholders at different management levels and communicate clearly
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and document outcomes professionally
    Collaborate with our resourcing and operations team for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Support knowledge transfer and sustainable improvement for clients and learners


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in one or more of our core areas (Procure+, Secure+, Academy)
  • Reliable execution, strong communication, and a structured working style
    Ability to work independently and collaborate in distributed, international teams
  • Fluent English, Dutch, German and/or other languages are a plus
    For trainers/coaches: confidence in facilitation and learner-focused delivery


Nice to have

  • Consulting, project-based delivery, or interim management experience
  • Experience with multinational clients and hybrid/remote delivery models
  • Certifications (e.g., Procurement/SCM, Cybersecurity, Training/Coaching) are welcome
