The Opportunity
We are expanding our international trainer network and are looking for qualified trainers/instructors with a professional background in procurement or supply chain management.
We are interested in trainers with a relevant university degree or comparable professional qualification, as well as CIPS-certified trainers/instructors who can deliver training at CIPS-aligned levels from Level 2 to Level 6.
It is not necessary to cover all levels. You may deliver training across several levels or focus on specific levels where your professional strengths and practical experience are strongest.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for trainers/instructors who meet one of the following requirements:
- Option A: A degree or solid professional qualification in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration or a comparable field.
- Option B: CIPS certification at one or more levels, for example Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5 or Level 6.
- Option C: Extensive practical experience in strategic or operational procurement, supply chain management or related procurement and business processes, ideally combined with training experience or a recognized instructor/trainer qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- You deliver practical training sessions live online, hybrid or on-site.
- You prepare or adapt training materials such as presentations, exercises, case studies, assignments and practice-based examples.
- You support learners with clear, exam-oriented and practice-focused guidance.
- You explain complex topics in procurement and supply chain management in a clear, structured and application-oriented way.
- You ensure consistent training quality, particularly in relation to structure, learning outcomes, pace, participant engagement and feedback.
- You collaborate with IProLoop Academy on learning pathways, scheduling, module structure and programme development.
- Optionally, you may also support in-house corporate training, individual client workshops or customized procurement/SCM programmes.
